Estimates do not include any extra work or changes. Extra work and changes will be billed additionally and will be discussed with the client prior to execution.

If the specified plant material is not available at the time of installation, Fine Garden Creations LLC reserves the right to provide substitutions of similar cultivars or species.

Upon satisfactory completion of the work, the balance is immediately due. Accounts not paid within 15 days of the date of the invoice are subject to a 1% monthly finance charge. Returned checks will be charged $30 each.

Jobs performed on a time and material basis will be billed for time on the jobsite, plus travel to and from the job.

All work is done in a courteous and professional manner. Please bring any concerns to our attention and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

It is the responsibility of the client to advise Fine Garden Creations LLC of the location of any buried pipes, cables, and drains, before the work commences. Any additional work required due to buried pipes, cables, drains, concrete or any other buried fixtures will be done on a time and materials basis. The client is responsible for repair to any dog wires damaged. Cables, pipes, drains, or other buried fixtures that are not clearly marked and, as a result, damaged, are the responsibility of the client.

Unforeseen underground obstructions including but not limited to tree stumps, boulders, cisterns, construction debris, concrete, gravel, and clay beds, are the financial responsibility of the client. Fine Garden Creations LLC will notify the client immediately and request a change order be executed to modify the project accordingly or to remove the obstruction.

The client is responsible for clear marking of all private utility lines and property boundaries before work commences, and warrants that all trees and plants included in this contract are located on their property. Should the ownership of any plant be mistakenly identified, the client agrees that Fine Garden Creations LLC is not liable for damages or costs incurred as a result.

The client agrees to obtain all permits and third party permission for the work.

Fine Garden Creations LLC guarantees plants for a one-year period from the date of installation. If a plant dies during that time, we will replace it at no cost. We trust our clients will take good care of their plants, especially paying attention to watering during the critical, first growing season. Guarantee is void if plants have not been properly cared for by the client. Guarantee is void if plants have not been paid for on time.

Acceptance of proposal indicates approval of work and materials as described. Client agrees to purchase of materials as listed.

Any requested deviation from the above specificaƟons that involves additional costs will be completed only upon the execution of a written change order and will require extra charges above and beyond this estimate. Installed materials are not refundable.
